MRCP (Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography) is a specialised, non-invasive MRI technique that visualises the biliary and pancreatic ducts in detail without endoscopy or contrast injection in most cases. It is the preferred imaging for detecting bile duct stones, strictures, tumours, and pancreatic duct abnormalities. No radiation. Excellent alternative to ERCP for diagnostic purposes.
